Yes. We are software-agnostic. Whether you plan your cases on Exoplan, 3Shape, Blue Sky Plan, or other platforms, you can export your STL files and send them to us for manufacturing.

To ensure the highest accuracy, we typically require:
• CBCT Data (DICOM files)
• Intraoral or Lab Scans (STL/OBJ files)
• A brief clinical note regarding the preferred implant system.

Every guide is designed or overseen by our founders. D3D guides are crafted by Dr. Darshan Shah, a veteran implantologist who understands the anatomical nuances and real surgical workflow.

Yes. We provide a digital preview for your approval before manufacturing. The clinician always remains the final decision-maker.

Logistics & Quality

Manufacturing timelines, materials, and quality standards followed by D3D for every surgical guide.

Once the final design is approved, we typically manufacture and ship the guide within 48–72 hours to match your surgical schedule.

We use medical-grade, biocompatible CE/FDA-certified resins. Guides are rigid for accuracy yet comfortable and compatible with standard sterilization protocols.
